Project Details
The main objective of the project is to re-packaging different permitted fertilizers and pesticides in the Growtech Agro factory in BSCIC Dhamrai area. They will import different fertilizers and pesticides from different sources of home and abroad and it will be stored in the Dhamrai factory in a systematic manner. Growtech Agro, an agro based re-packaging firm, having its factory inside the Dhamrai BSCIC industrial estate. The project built a factory inside the BSCIC industrial estate with 4500 SFT. Growtech Agro have been engaged EQMS consulting ltd to conduct the EIA study for the project. According to the DoE, the project has categorized as the “RED” category project to conduct the EIA based on the approved ToR from the DoE, EQMS consulting ltd conducted required baseline and environmental surveys and prepared the EIA report, and EIA report was approved on meeting no.: 488 in DOE. ECC also provided under the approved EIA and some conditions. EQMS is now working for the ECC renewal for this project.
